The Russian constitution declares "the state is secular and guarantees freedom of religion, equal rights irrespective of religious belief, and the right to worship and profess one’s religion. The law states government officials may prohibit the activity of a religious association for violating public order or engaging in “extremist activity. Russian law identifies Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and Buddhism as the country’s four “traditional” religions and recognizes the special role of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC).
Groups designated “extremist,” “include Jehovah’s Witnesses, the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars, Hizb ut-Tahrir, Tablighi Jamaat, followers of Turkish Muslim theologian Said Nursi, the Church of Scientology, Falun Gong"....
There are millions of Catholic and Baptist believers in Russia that are not labelled "extremist".
While I'm quite sure that Russian abuses have been made in determinng who is, and who is not extremist, who can deny that other more "civilized" countries have shirked their God ordained responsibility to "bear the sword" and by default enable religious abuses for those trapped in the Watchtower system of things?
When I started attending a different church, my parents never spoke to me again, refused to see their two precioius grandsons when they were born and refused to notify me if a beloved family member got sick etc. Everyone knows that if you attend a different chuch after being a JW, you are viewed as being in league with Satan. My father and brothers, all serving as elders and Ministerial servants refused to even call me when my beoved mother went to hospice. I found out on the internet that my mom died.... two weeks later.
When I found out, I called my dad and told him I was coming over. If he didn't let me in, I was prepared to call the news media and the police and to picket his home in the neighborhood until he did. I got in and found almost any trace of her swept clean. Most of the her belongings and familiar items that would remind someone of her had all been given out to the many JW relatives and friends. I couldn't find anything that would remind me of her. Other people had taken them all away..... except for one item. I remember my mom using this pin cushion when growing up when a garmet tore and needed mending.... a cheap made-in-China pin cushion. I was grateful to get that, but would rather have had family pictures, or something that she valued. Mom probably never thought twice about that pin cushion. It is one of my most prized posessions today. How can governments who supposedly guarantee the freedom of religion in their constitution, allow a totalitarian "religion" to exist in their borders that makes it all but impossible to have freedom of religion?
But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God's minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. - Romans 13: 4
Until JW's allow others the same rights that they demand of others, they can all rot in prison as far as I'm concerned.

And the conclusion is that Jehovah is their “God” and his servant David will be “prince among them”. I don’t know how much clearer you can get than that.
@SBF
I agree. But, Christians have always used the NT to interpret the OT. Russell's trick was to do it the other way around.
The reason that WT trainees have such a hard time conceiving the fact that Jesus is BOTH fully God and fully man is that the WT denies the tri-partite nature of man.
When the witch of Endor called up the Spirit of Samuel for Saul, was he dead? Yes. Was he talking to Saul, Yes. The bible assigns personhood to not only a persons body, but also their spirit and soul as well:
Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee? And he said, Bring me up Samuel. 12 And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? ....And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.15 And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? - 1 Samuel 28
If Saul as a spirit can talk, why can't Jesus' Spirit (as God) speak at times?
The problem isn't whether or not WT trained people believe the Triune nature of God, the problem is that they disallow the possibility that we ourselves (made in the image of God) are ourselves constituted of three shades or interfaces of being - soul, body and soul.
Reading the bible in a literal way, using the plain sense, shows that Jesus was also a tri-partite being. "God is a Spirit". Jesus had a Spirit as part of his constitution, same as us. Only his Spirit was God.
Once a person deprograms from a WT / Materialistic view of the nature of man and replaces it with a biblical view of the personhood of the spirit and soul, then it is much easier to accept the biblical view that Jesus was both fully God and fully man; and as such spoke from BOTH identities from the one man - Jesus
This is the root of the problem that prevents former JW's from accepting the nature of Jesus.
Dead souls are also persons that retain all the consciousness they had when they were alive:
And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: and they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? - Rev. 6
The heretical materialist view of man that the WT pushes is the real problem here.

I'm still not clear if Arian's are considered fully Christian? Can someone more knowledgeable clear that up for me, please?
This was my experience:
I got saved while not fully shedding the Arian heresy that I'd been indoctrinated with since birth. I was a 4th gen. JW. However, I believed Jesus when he said that he posessed "all power in heaven and earth". I reasoned that if I made a deal with Jesus, that there could be nothing higher to negoiate with. Jesus honored that belief and it was enough for him to save me. Essentially, I witheld final judgmnet on the issue of deity until after Salvation.Within, 2-3 months after salvation I was on board after researching the verse "God was manifest in the flesh". 1 Tim. 3: 16 KJV. The early church leaders freely quoted this verse as "God" and not "He". About 3am one morning while reading the bible and fretting over this verse, the Holy Spirit literally told me in my spirit "this much is true".
In the days and weeks leading up to accepting Jesus as my personal savior, The Lord was dealing with me on what he apparently believed was a much bigger isssue. The Lord was making double sure that I understood that my "good works" would have no place in the transaction. I woud not be allowed to include ANY character, abilities, or any positive intentions of any kind in the agreement.
At first, I didn't understand why I was being dealt with "so harshly". I was being dealt with in my dreams, and bible reading and had a strange mixture of elation and dread at the same time. This continued after salvation for a couple of weeks. It was like attending my own funeral and I was grieving the death of my best friend - myself. When I finally decided to accept, it was with eyes wide open. Even though a mature Christian was leading the event and prayer, it felt like only two people were present, me and Him.
The old Sea Breeze was gone forever and would never be on the throne of my heart again. There was a sadness to see him go, if only for the comfortable familiarity of the chains I grew up with. But, I knew that Jesus and I had traded places and something new had begun.
2 Corinthians 5:21 KJV - For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
Jesus became my sin (the scapegoat) and I was given the totally undeserved righteousness of a perfect man in its former place.
Rather than trying to posesses all doctrinal purity before salvation, I believe it is more important to engage the deails of the NT offer that Jesus extends to us. If we secretly try to add anything or anyone one else to the NT agreement other that the person of Jesus and your own self, the deal will not be accepted in the court of heaven, and you could end up self deceived.... again.
Luke 14 : 31-33 (Amplified Bible Calssic Edition) :
What king, going out to engage in conflict with another king, will not first sit down and consider and take counsel whether he is able with ten thousand [men] to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand?
32 And if he cannot [do so], when the other king is still a great way off, he sends an envoy and asks the terms of peace.
33 So then, any of you who does not forsake (renounce, surrender claim to, give up, say good-bye to) all that he has cannot be My disciple.

New immigrant in New York State?
by was a new boy in“state agencies have found 4,000 vacant positions in an effort to put illegal immigrants into the state’s workforce, according to a memo by the new york department of civil service, which was approved earlier this month.'.
in the memo, new york officials identified three barriers preventing illegal immigrants from getting those state jobs.
to address these barriers, the civil service department said it would create positions in ‘transitional’ titles with requirements ‘more in line with the candidates’ qualifications.’ in other words, illegal immigrants would be hired into the same positions while, at least temporarily, having the usual qualifications such as english proficiency, proof of education, and previous employment waived for them.”.

You are probably right and that is what is happening: the ultiing democrat mate goal is they want to replace decently paid people with low wage immigrants who
don’t dare complain about anything; vote democratVoter replacement. And the citizens forsake their duty and allow this to happen - so far.

Elder: Would you like to ask Jesus into your heart and be made perfect in the sight of God today?
I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God; even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: to whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: - Col. 1: 29

Who can argue with that assessment? Furthermore, if you fail to control yourselves according to the many required specifications, you disfellowship yourself. It is your choice, not ours.
Twisted mental abuse.
